Little relief for June 2009 Houston real estate market
This is my site Written by theblog on July 31, 2009 – 2:22 pm

Houston saw 5,987 home sales in June 2009, which is a 14 percent loss from June 2008’s 6,981 and a 25 percent drop from June 2007’s 7,947. This is the first drop under 15 percent since December 2008, but continues the eighteen plus month pattern of yearly drops in home sales.  The two year change is the lowest Houston has posted for 2009, so although we continue to see loss, it might be leveling off.
