		<description><![CDATA[Sales dropped one percent from December 2008&#8217;s 4981 to December 2009&#8217;s 4931.  This is the difference of 50 houses, which is not too much.  December 2007, however, saw 5691 homes sold, which is 660 more than its 2009 counterpart.  This is a 13 percent drop in monthly sales in a two year time span.
